I never thought I would say this, but it is true.  I decided to try one of those online gambling websites.  I did this because they now offer nifty promotions.  Some of them will match the dollar amount you deposit up to $600.  That is a lot of money! They usually do this for the poker rooms.

Anyways, it was easy for me to get started and the credit cards processed right a way.  I got started in no time at all.  It took a while for me to figure it out.  I won enough money in the cash ring games to enter a tournament.  It was a big tournament with some 200 people playing.  The prize money was $5000 though with a $5 buy in.  Anyways  I got to the final table and won $225 because  I got knocked out right a way.   I had pocket jacks and they got beat by  Queen-King.  On the turn they got their 2nd King – bummer!  But I Still won a lot more than I expected!

I was lazy one night and decided to stay in.  I usually go out to the Cliff Castle Casino in Camp Verde.  Anyways, I didn’t and played poker online.  I like Full Tilt Poker, but sometimes play at Carbon Poker too because their are less people.

Anyways, I was playing poker online.  Texas Hold’em because I know that best.  I started playing ring games or cash games, but switched to tournaments or sit & go tournaments because they are better to play.  People can’t bluff as much.  Well, I started winning and then I played with my winnings and was up over $1000.  Then I played a game of heads up for $500 and lost that, so I decided to quit.  But I still won $583 for the day!  Amazing!
